20728627What should I have prepared for my pet’s arrival?

For all of our pet’s well being, we require the same vaccinations as lodging. Please fax the vaccination records over a few days prior to your arrival. Adequate telephone numbers should be provided in case we have a question or need to contact you. A scheduled pick up time should also be discussed upon drop off.

What is your cancellation policy for reservations?

Although cancellations for daycare reservations do not incur a fee, as a courtesy, we request 24-hour notice.

How do I make a reservation

For reservations at The Paws Resort, please contact us directly. All reservations must be confirmed by telephone or in person. Our pet care consultants will be happy to discuss all of the options The Paws Resort has to offer.

Can I come in for a tour?

You can certainly come and visit our facility anytime during regular business hours. Our welcoming20728625 staff will be delighted to take you on an informative tour of The Paws Resort.

Can I add more activities to my pet’s daycare?

Absolutely! We have a large selection of playtime services and activities to make your pet’s stay comfortable and fun!

Can I add a grooming or bath to my pet’s daycare reservation?

Of course! There is nothing better than coming home to a happy best friend who looks and smells great. Our office staff will be happy to book your Spa Day reservation and go over the type of grooming you would like for your pet.
